Although the most important results of the study show an awareness and understanding by the volunteers of the objectives of the centers, yet a few of these goals require focus upon during the training sessions for volunteers. The results also show the multiplicity and diversity of constraints that limit the effectiveness of the professional performance of the volunteers some of which are linked to aspects of self and artistic, including those associated with the financial aspect of management.
