- The manuscript is first reviewed by the editorial board to ensure meeting the journal’s publishing requirements
- The manuscript is blind-reviewed by two reviewers within a maximum period of three weeks. Each reviewer will write a report on the suitability of the paper for publication.
- If the two reviewers are not in agreement, the manuscript will be sent to a third reviewer and the decision of the third reviewer will be final.
- The authors are informed of the review results within 3 to 9 months from the date of receipt of the manuscript.
- The authors have to make the amendments proposed by the reviewers within the period specified by the editorial board. The paper will be rejected if the revised version is not received within the required period
