The rank of states from high to low was as follows: Gazira, Khartoum, River Nile, The Northern, N. Kurdofan, and Darfur. The difference between some States was significant. It showed that IQ is normally distributed in the Sudan and the percentage of participants with high and low abilities were 1.8% and 2.8%, respectively. Finally, two recommendations were made dealing with social and economic developments and education of the less developed states as well as two suggestions dealing with investigating two variables namely gender and socioeconomic status.
