Abstract

The article presents three Omani children with supraventricular tachycardia and discusses the diagnosis and management. Clinical features along with ECG help diagnosis of this common paediatric arrhythmia. Acute management has been facilitated with the introduction of adenosine. However, long-term management continues to be a topic for debate.
