The search was limited to literature published between January 2000 and January 2019. Results: A total of 36 articles were found relevant to the study objectives. Data were obtained through these articles based on the context, input, process and product (CIPP) model. Seven subsets for context, five subsets for input, four subsets for process and six subsets for the product were identified. Conclusion: According to CIPP subsets, indicators such as programme definition, appropriate organisational culture, structure and evaluation must be considered to develop an appropriate programme to improve health services.

Keywords: Disease Management; Program Evaluation; Health Status Indicators; Program Development.
ER -
